4. Bookings & Cancellations
4.1 Private Food Tours (Direct Bookings)
For private food tours booked directly with Yamas Greece:
- Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon payment or email confirmation from us
- Cancellation Policy: Please contact us at least 48 hours before your tour for a full refund
- Weather: Tours run rain or shine. If severe weather occurs, we'll work with you to reschedule
- No-Shows: No refund will be provided for no-shows without prior notice
4.2 Third-Party Bookings (Affiliate Links)
For tours, hotels, or services booked through our affiliate partners (GetYourGuide, Booking.com, etc.):
- You are entering into a contract directly with the third-party provider, not with Yamas Greece
- The provider's terms, cancellation policies, and refund policies apply
- We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or fulfillment of third-party services
- Any issues with third-party bookings must be resolved directly with the provider
5. User Conduct
By using our Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
